Carpe Diem, “La casa piú piccola di Burlington," is a charming tiny cottage with an expansive view of Lake Champlain all day, and of its wonderful extended sunsets at day's end. At 13 ft. x 18.6 ft , Carpe Diem is about 3 times the size of the main cabin on a 70-ft sailboat cruising by on the lake below you, and includes radiant heat flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, private bath and a garden at your doorstep.

The cottage stands apart from the main house of our One Of A Kind Bed and Breakfast, and offers the same knowledgeable, friendly hospitality that has made One Of A Kind true to its name and a constantly popular Burlington homestay. 

Breakfast in Carpe Diem includes our home-roasted coffee, tea, juice, locally produced granola, yogurt and milk in the cottage so you can supplement with foods of your choice and take breakfast at your leisure.

Scott and I, absolutely, had the most peaceful and quiet time. The cottage provided no TV or any outside disturbances. We needed to 'recharge' from reality, and the cottage gave that to us. ....Our 6th day of experiencing the cottage....we stayed and slept in - we really wanted to watch and listen to the rain!
